This is a work-list of the highest rated companies least likely to be swallowed up by the high carrying costs of debt in a rising rate environment.
Today’s premium Cheat Sheet stack is a list of company tickers in the Russel 3,000 with Very Bullish overall fundamentals and extremely low debt-to-equity ratios. We limit the list to companies with a share price greater than $10 and which trade at least 100,000 shares per day. With interest rates rising and little end in site , not to mention the Fed offering hardly any tangible guidance about what the peak interest rate level will be and for how long this so-called “terminal rate” will last once the central bank has stopped raising interest rates, finding solid companies least reliant on borrowed money to sustain business activities is a key.
